Remote Assessment Disclaimer

Most Focus Evaluations assessments are conducted in person at our locations. In select cases, portions of an assessment may be conducted remotely via secure video — for example, the initial clinical interview when in-person scheduling is not practical. This disclaimer applies to those remote sessions.

This page is a placeholder. Our finalized disclaimer — the jurisdictions in which our clinicians are licensed to provide remote services, technology requirements for remote sessions, what to do in a clinical emergency, and the limitations of remote assessment compared to in-person assessment — will be published here before the site begins accepting intake submissions.
