Remote Assessment Disclaimer
Focus Evaluations assessments may involve in-person and remote components depending on the service, the referral question, and what is clinically appropriate. Where portions of an assessment are conducted remotely via secure video — for example, an initial clinical interview or a feedback session — this disclaimer applies to those sessions.
This page is a placeholder. Our finalized disclaimer — the jurisdictions in which our clinicians are licensed to provide remote services, technology requirements for remote sessions, what to do in a clinical emergency, and the limitations of remote assessment compared to in-person assessment — will be published here before the site begins accepting intake submissions.
